Nalders is pleased to announce the promotion of two Associates, Sam Fahey and Edward Aldis, to Senior Associates within its Conveyancing team, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to promoting from within and delivering expert legal services across Cornwall.
Based at the firm’s head office in Truro, Sam Fahey specialises in a broad range of residential property matters. Since joining Nalders in 2007, she has developed extensive expertise, achieving Chartered Fellowship status with CILEX in 2017 and becoming a highly experienced and trusted member of the Residential Conveyancing team.
Edward Aldis, based in Falmouth, advises on both residential and commercial property matters. Having completed his training with Nalders and qualifying as a Solicitor in 2021, he provides a detailed and attentive service, delivering efficient outcomes for clients.
