Angelo is Falmouth raised and trained, with over 25 years’ experience. He has built a broad and varied litigation practice, with particular expertise in disputed probate, wills, inheritance matters, and trusts.
Angelo is known for his pragmatic and cost-effective legal advice, which he delivers with a down-to-earth and approachable style. He also advises clients on residential landlord matters, as well as rights of way and boundary disputes.
Angelo has been a solicitor since 1999 and specialises in civil litigation. Additionally he is a specialist in disputed probate, wills, inheritances and trusts.
Outside the Office
Outside of Work, Angelo enjoys spending time with his family and friends, pets, especially dog walking, playing five-a-side football and watching football and cricket. He has also started going to rock music gigs and live comedy.
Qualifications & Experience
Angelo is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and has a STEP Advanced Certificate in Trust Disputes.
He has 25 years’ experience in Litigation work.
His work in this area is supervised by Phil Weaver
